This relaxing and therapeutic, slow-paced, hatha yoga class welcomes the learning of beginners poses, concentration, breathing and relaxation techniques.
Physically building up fitness, strength and flexibility whilst stimulating the mind and opening up the heart.
Yoga Basics is taught by Julia, whom having undertaken extensive yoga training, offers her naturally calming and warm teaching style as a process of self-discovery – developing clarity, intelligence, balance and wellbeing
Yoga classes at Little Egypt will also benefit from ambient sunset lighting and warming underfloor heating.
