It’s a great idea to build in some stretch training into your life, whatever you’re doing, wither it’s Bellydancing, running, swimming, cycling or just everyday activity, you name it, you will benefit greatly from stretching. Some of the known benefits include; prevention of injury, easing of aches & pains, stronger & more powerful muscles, increased flexibility, a longer leaner figure, more graceful movement and relaxation.
I can write a stretch training programme specifically for your body and the way you use it. Sessions can be delivered in the comfort of your own home or if you like to be outdoors and it’s a nice day, in your chosen park, say the Meadows for example.
Sessions are normally £35 per hour and a half booking. I’m offering them to members during the month of May for £24.50 and if you want you can even ask along a friend or 2!
The first session will include a short questionnaire, a brief posture analysis and general stretch training with prescribed individual stretch training taking place during follow up sessions.
