This fabulous class opens up the fundamental elements of belly dance and focuses on learning the basic moves.
Moves are thoroughly broken down in each class and lesson summaries are provided to heighten learning and maximise your progression. Lindsey's open teaching style leaves you positively glowing!
Through regular BellyBasics classes you will also benefit from the vast health and fitness benefits of belly dancing. Increasing predominantly core strength, muscle tone, flexibility and coordination.
- Open level - Absolute beginners & more experienced dancers are invited to attend
- For all - Suitable for all ages and fitness levels
- Wear - Comfortable clothing - leggings, fitted t-shirt/vest top, bare feet/soft soled shoes
- Bring - Some water/fruit juice to rehydrate and a hipscarf if you have one (available in shop)
